0 Introduction — Why you should read this document

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between this website and any user who accesses the kya7 platform and its related services.

By accessing kya7, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms and conditions. If you cannot comply with this agreement, you must not use our services.

kya7 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, so please check regularly. Continuing to use the platform after any update means you accept the revised terms.

1.1 Account Registration Requirements

To open an account at kya7, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be located where using these services is permitted by law
• You must register as an individual using your own accurate personal information
• You must fully understand and be able to comply with these terms and conditions

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may only open one account at kya7. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, we reserve the right to close those accounts and forfeit all bonuses and remaining balances associated with them.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, date of birth, contact phone number, and payment information entered at registration must be accurate. An account opened with incorrect information may be closed at any time and withdrawals may be refused until verified.

1.4 Account Security

Your login credentials must be kept confidential. kya7 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a third party accessing your account — that responsibility lies with the account holder. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer service immediately.

2.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The deposit methods currently supported at kya7 are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

2.2 Deposit Process

To make a deposit, send the correct amount from your account and then confirm with kya7 customer service. Deposits are only accepted from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned.

2.3 Withdrawals and Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are handled according to Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). We aim to process them promptly, but please understand that processing times may exceed the standard window while verification is underway. Funds will be sent only to your own account using the same payment method used for deposits.

2.4 Financial Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, kya7 reserves the right to carry out verification checks. Please be aware that payment processing times may be extended while these checks are in progress.

3.1 First Deposit Welcome Bonus

kya7 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Total balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks
• Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Total balance 820,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. This means the bonus must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal is allowed. Cancelling a bonus without reasonable cause during the wagering period is not permitted.

3.3 Bonus Validity Period

The bonus remains valid only if the wagering requirements are completed within the specified period from the date the bonus is issued. If the period expires, the bonus amount will be forfeited.

3.4 Preventing Bonus Abuse

kya7 reserves the right to investigate behaviour considered to be bonus abuse. In such cases, kya7 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus amount and any winnings obtained. In these matters, kya7's decision is final.

3.5 Cashback

Cashback percentages vary by VIP level — Bronze: up to 0.2% per week, Silver: up to 0.4%, Gold: up to 0.6%, Platinum: up to 0.8%. Cashback is issued as bonus funds and is also subject to wagering requirements.

4.1 Fair Play Policy

kya7 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair game outcomes. Any technical or strategic attempt to manipulate game results will result in serious disciplinary action.

4.2 Software Errors and Irregular Play

When software faults or server errors occur, games may not be counted as valid, but kya7 will take every reasonable step to ensure players are not treated unfairly. We commit to keeping access as smooth as possible during system maintenance, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 service.

4.3 Anti-Collusion

Players are strictly prohibited from working together against the platform using coordinated strategies ("collusion"), using automated playing tools such as bots, or engaging in techniques such as card counting. If any of these are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance and bonuses will be forfeited.

4.4 Betting Limits

kya7 reserves the right to adjust a player's single bet limit and maximum withdrawal limits, and these are announced on the platform. Players must understand that these limits may change to maintain the fair and proper operation of the platform's gaming services.

5.1 Website Content Copyright

All logos, design layouts, software code, and content on this website ("content") are protected by kya7's copyright. Copying, redistributing, or using any of it in any form for advertising purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Player's Limited License

kya7 players may use this limited access license for personal use only. Any copying or reproduction carried out without permission may result in legal action.

5.3 kya7 Trademark

The name "kya7" and its brand designs are trademarks of kya7. Using them for corporate or commercial purposes in any way without prior written consent from kya7 is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kya7 platform—

• Engaging in money laundering or any related activity
• Hacking the game software or network
• Operating multiple accounts beyond one individual account
• Playing using automated bot programs or scripts
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment account
• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Abusing kya7's VIP, cashback, or referral bonuses through exploits
• Carrying out technical attacks such as DDoS that overload the server

If we detect any of these activities, we reserve the right to immediately close the relevant account and refuse to return any bonuses or remaining balance.

9.2 kya7's Right to Close Accounts

If kya7 finds that these terms have been violated, it has the right to close any account immediately without prior notice. In such cases, the player will not be able to reclaim any forfeited bonus funds. A decision regarding original deposits will be made after an investigation.
